Most crises can be resolved with the right team members. Crises are solution waiting to be explored, especially, when we approach them as opportunities for contributions, learning and growth. Then we will be able to commit with the ideas and insights needed to possibly convert them into solutions.
It is obvious, that every setback can become a bounce back when armed with the right knowledge, the required skills and insights. Every predicament has many solutions. For this reason, we could learn to be more focused, discerning and engaging with the right team.
When we want to achieve any vision. We identify clients, employ the right skills, who are ready to work diligently toward our goals, we go through trainings, we choose to be enthusiasts at building confident commitments. Having at the back of our minds, that functioning in a team, requires cooperation.
The wisdom for productive contributions can be seen in our personal drives for hard work, we commit our ways to God for direction, we ask the right questions, develop discipline for better philosophies, better perspectives and sound judgements.
Our mindsets are the magnetic fields that creates our realities. It is when we keep telling ourselves empowering stories, over and over again, that we will be able to give rise to the future we are committed to, irrespective of what others label us.
We must never lose heart, because anyone who wants to achieve should expect hurdles. At the planning stages, we could do an evaluation of the operations, strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis, in studying the risks and opportunities. What we believe when circumstances seems to throw things off course should help our flexibility and objectivity and not necessarily dissuade us from our goals. Failure is never final. It is when perspectives are not clearly spelt out, that losses, misunderstanding and complaints, could become the order of the day. Especially when we do not quite yet appreciate roles and responsibilities in team play.
We can always start out with the bits and pieces that we have taken time to research into. Usually there could be lots of excuses for procrastinations, the lack of capital, inadequate preparations, pasts disappointments, past failures, lack of employment opportunities and so forth.
However, our resourcefulness in times of challenging difficulties should always take us back to the drawing board to help us forge ahead. It is with our hearts that we win. Engaging our minds to see into the future, weigh our options and projections, deliberate issues, interpret scenarios. Then we discuss possibilities with our team members and convince ourselves, developing Industry, to transform Instead of remaining in the status quo.
Consequently, in understanding the frameworks for creating value, modelling and mentorship are two (2) strong relationship tools that some have learnt to engage at improving resourcefulness, leveraging commitments into manifesting thriving outcomes.
It is important to realize that it is our perspectives and outlooks to life that determine the stories we are telling ourselves. As it explains why things turn out the way they do for different people. This is the reason, several persons can be in the same situation, presented with identical problems and opportunities, yet they get very different results. The major explanation for the differences in their results being their different perspectives.
In making appraisals, the edge we all have in this life is our choices, our convictions, our mindsets, our insights, our discipline and our staying power. We are all geniuses emerging in our own rights. Planning, researching, simple understanding of accounting, budgeting and goals setting with very realistic objectives play their roles, when they are in consonance with our drives and designs.
In conclusion, we can all choose to embrace our opportunities with ardent zeal and intense exertion through the definite stages of transformation. It is our perspectives and resourcefulness that determines what we are focusing on, which in turn can drive us to persevere for good outcomes.
