On team spirit, looking out for each other, while achieving set goals and objectives

 The strong organizations  have members that have come to terms with their diverse roles and functions, yet are well focused on carrying out clearly spelt out constitutions and policies. Broadly speaking, they have learned to subordinate their differences, ideological views and Interests for the realization of the higher purposes of their organizations. They have team spirit, seek to grow together, support each other, understand loyalty, sacrifice and trust each other. Their operations endeavor to compare to close family units, and to individual musicians who synchronize in playing orchestra.


They seem to have a better understanding of what Organizations stands for,  they believe in synergies, they know the major products and services being rendered, aptly communicate roles and responsibilities, along with modes of operations, needed towards the effective implementation of goals and objectives.


They have firmly inculcated and communicated the proper narrations of what each team member is expected to bring to the table, at every level, in consonance to the set objectives. The overview of planning, appropriately captures and depicts the different departments with their various responsibilities, job descriptions, appointments into offices, and the projections of the tasks and diverse inputs required from them for the accomplishment of goals.


The members of each department having been properly trained, learn to stay with the rigors of implementation, in seeing to the execution of the details of strategies, for the overall smooth running of operations. 


The heads of departments are usually the dynamic and stable arms of management that ensure realization of goals and objectives. They are dedicated and hard-working role models for their teams.


Of significance, is the contributions of managers who have been chosen on the bases of their personalities for productivity, with proven records of competences, good communications skills in their Industries, good cooperative skills, given to quality standards, exemplary in showing initiatives with handling difficult challenges, keeping to obligations and are amenable in realizing the deliverable targets and objectives of their organizations.


The extensive considerations, is for every member to be engaged, to be results oriented, with good understanding of the flow charts, knowing who is accountable for what, to understand the flow of commands. The company policies, the structure, the organogram, who reports to who, in decisions making, at the various levels, and the designs of tasks are managed efficiently and quickly. 


Obviously, bearing in mind that there must be regular reviews and feedback mechanisms in place, for records keeping purposes, for inventories, for controls, for synergies, for budgeting and referral purposes. The elementary demands for proper documentation of instructions and feedbacks in retrievable formats are far reaching. Be it in software applications, in emails, in flow charts, in presentations, in appraisals, in filing reports and memos all are important for analysis, for regular redesigns and representations to all stake holders.


Indeed, there are activities that concerns products and services development, customers-care details, the actual sales and marketing activities, research and development, public relations services, procurements, staff trainings, projects management and so forth that are part and parcel of the functions of any organization, if it is to harness and enhance its overall functions and aspirations, then the focus and motivation of staff remains vital. Their cordial employer-employee relationships, the  friendly working environment, with sense of value and dignity, the encouraging take home packages, housing allowances, health insurance scheme, holiday cultures, promotions, spouse and family Incentives and side involvements. All that with the designations and departmental recognitions with improved welfare packages to boosts better inputs and personal performances of all the workers.


Consequently, Leadership inspires a whole lot of the activities being carried out in many organizations, once there is transparent accountability, respect and trust, that thrive on procedures, processes and techniques of the organization, in the ways and manner things are positively meant to be handled.


Of necessity, there are regular assessments of performances, coordinating the various inputs that are essential for carrying out and actualizing the set objectives, while noting the unique functions and contributions of those involved to ensure that they complement each other and allow for healthy competitions and extra bonuses and commissions. 


The role models are always carefully selected based, on their practical adherence to methods, to expertise and firm show of diligent accomplishment of goals. In a manner that favorable designations are given to those who show higher levels of performances, and coaching skills.


Interestingly, personal leadership can be seen at all levels. It is not a function of only appointments. It is primarily a product of functions. With the right mentorships and trainings for individuals to become molds who inspire the rest to put in their best, building confidences in each other, and together leading each other to enviable heights.


The advantages of looking out for each other in an organization, is usually under emphasized, but where there is genuine respect, trust, and aspirations for management work ethics, with clearly outlined measurements of progress, with checks and balances in place, to ascertain that those leading the various departments also are responsible for their teams.


Of significance, is the fact that these approaches foster a strong culture of loyalty, trust, moral values and cooperation, avoiding charades of insincerity and gross misconduct. These attributes of genuine interest with sense of commitment, creativity, passion, resourcefulness are all necessary for a truly growing, healthy cooperative and interdependent types of relationships. 


Fundamentally, all these helps the spark, the vigor, the drive, the sense of freedom, the open-mindedness in flowing discussions, the invigorating feeling of contributions and engagements, with broad mindsets on tasks, that soar on towards the fulfilment of purposes.
